This MrCool DIY 36k BTU 21.5 SEER 3-Zone Ductless Heat Pump Split System - 12k+12k+18k can heat and cool three separate areas of your home to your comfort level from a single condenser. The MrCool DIY Ductless Split System is a heat pump, so when heating your home the unit reverses the air conditioning process and pulls ambient heat from outside in. Plus, this is a MrCool DIY line, so you know installation will be a cinch.
This condenser has the ability to support up to 4 zones and, when paired with select MrCool air handlers, can provide a SEER efficiency rating of up to 21.5. This condenser possesses an impressive temperature range, as it can provide you comfort from -13° to 122°F. It’s also extremely well-built with a Gold Fin® condenser coating that will protect it from rust and water damage.

The DIY® 4th gen Multi-Zone comes with a LIMITED LIFETIME compressor warranty*, a 7-year compressor replacement* warranty, and a standard 5-year parts warranty for the original registered owner. State certified or licensed HVAC contractor not required for warranty on the DIY series units. (Always check your local laws.)
