The 27K BTU Condenser

This device can heat or cool three areas simultaneously, and its outdoor unit has a powerful 27,000 BTU heating capacity and a high efficiency SEER rating of 22, thanks to its variable speed DC inverter. The 12,000 BTU Cassette is capable of heating or cooling up to 600 square feet, while the 9,000 BTU Cassette can heat up to 350 square feet.
