The MRCOOL DIY Multi-Zone 27,000 BTU 22 SEER 2 Zone Ductless Heat Pump Split System - 9K+18K can cool through the Summer, heat through the Winter, and dehumidify through the wet seasons. Plus, you can quickly check the temperature of each room in your home from the easy to read digital display or from the MRCOOL Smart Controller mobile app.

The 27K BTU Condenser

This device can heat or cool three areas simultaneously, and its outdoor unit has a powerful 27,000 BTU heating capacity and a high efficiency SEER rating of 22, thanks to its variable speed DC inverter. The 9,000 BTU Cassette is capable of heating or cooling up to 450 square feet, while the 18,000 BTU Cassettes can heat or cool up to 750 square feet.

The 18K Ceiling Cassette

Introducing the MRCOOL® DIY® Series 18k BTU Ceiling Cassette! This sleek and subtle unit provides efficient heating and cooling for any space. And, with both single-zone and multi-zone options available, it's perfect for large and small areas alike.

Installation is a breeze thanks to the cassette's low profile design. Plus, it can be recessed between all types of joists on 16 inch centers – including pre-manufactured I-joists! This makes it a great choice for both new construction and retrofits. Best of all, there are no strict installation requirements like other ceiling cassettes. You can install it anywhere without using ductwork or wall space. And, with quiet operation and multiple operating modes, you'll hardly notice it's there. Plus, the Elevation function lowers the filter panel for easy air filter maintenance.

Maintenance of the MrCool DIY Ductless Mini Split is simple – no need for special cleaning solutions. Just wipe down the indoor and outdoor units with a damp or dry cloth, and rinse and dry the air filters. Plus, you can rest easy knowing the device is covered by a limited lifetime warranty, 7-year compressor warranty, and 5-year parts warranty.
